Mirko Balcar

Mirko Balcar has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Bauleiter at Stadler + Schaaf Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mirko held a position in Bauleitung at cts GmbH for a brief period in early 2022 and spent nearly 19 years as Senior-Bauleiter at Stadler und Schaaf GmbH, focusing on international assembly of industrial and pharmaceutical systems. Earlier career experience includes responsibilities as Bauleiter at Elektro Köhl GmbH, where Mirko oversaw building technology projects in broadcasting studios, hospitals, and industrial facilities, as well as serving as a Monteur at Elpro AG, contributing to the establishment of 30KV substations and fire protection systems.
