Rahel Gugerli

Rahel Gugerli currently serves as the Leiterin HR Kompetenzzentrum at Stadt Schaffhausen, responsible for the overall personnel development and health promotion for approximately 1,500 employees and overseeing vocational training for about 100 apprentices across 14 different professions. Gugerli has a strong background in human resources, having held leadership positions at Stadt Winterthur and Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit in Kanton St.Gallen, where responsibilities included program development for job integration, budget management, and team leadership. Academic roles at Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW involved student project coordination and conducting suitability interviews for program admissions. Gugerli holds a Master of Arts in Erwachsenenbildung from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and two degrees in Applied Psychology from FHNW.
