Martin Stelter

Martin Stelter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience design and business development. Since April 2021, Martin has served as Geschäftsführer at Stadtbienen while also holding the title of Business Development Manager. Prior to this role, Martin was a Solution Artist at Expansion.Eco GmbH and a Liaison Officer at Volkswagen Group Future Center Europe GmbH, where initiatives for synergies and knowledge transfer were identified. Martin's background includes a focus on aural, graphical, and haptic interfaces as a User Experience Designer at Volkswagen and extensive freelancing experience in UX design for small and medium-sized clients through Studio GOOD. Martin received a Leadership Trainee degree in Impact-driven Entrepreneurship from On Purpose Berlin and holds a Master of Arts in Visual Communications from Universität der Künste Berlin, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Interaction Design from Hochschule Anhalt. Martin further enhanced international experience during an exchange year at the University of Buenos Aires.
