Jeff Roybal

Jeff Roybal is an experienced executive with a strong background in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at STAEDEAN since August 2019, Jeff previously held the position of Vice President at both Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd and Armanino LLP, where responsibilities included oversight of strategic accounts and project management leadership. Jeff's earlier roles include Director at mcaConnect, Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, and Practice Lead for the Microsoft Dynamics AX Practice at Tectura, where Jeff maintained comprehensive oversight of teams and client satisfaction. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in managing large teams, facilitating international deployments, and implementing strategies to enhance client and team member satisfaction. Jeff holds a degree from the University of Washington.
