Luke Ellis

Luke Ellis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent strategy, operations, and sales. Currently serving as Talent Strategy Manager at StaffBright, Luke has held multiple roles including Talent Operations Manager and Recruiter since June 2021. Prior experience includes a Sales/Leasing Consultant position at Village Green and Assistant Manager/Sales Consultant at Men's Wearhouse. Luke also interned at HUMANeX Ventures as a Client Services Intern and took on leadership roles at Western Michigan Pre-Law Society, overseeing operations and hosting guest speakers. As an International Program Officer at Colleagues International, Luke created proposals for the U.S. State Department and coordinated international visitor programs. Educational achievements include a degree from Western Michigan University, along with study experiences in Spain and Florida.
