Toni Oehme

Toni Oehme has a strong background in data and risk management. From 2014 to 2017, Toni worked at Risk Research GmbH as a Consultant, specializing in credit risk management for large financial institutions. This involved tasks such as developing credit portfolio models and stress-testing. In 2017, Toni joined Staffbase as the Head of Market Research, where they stayed until 2019. From 2019 to 2023, Toni served as the Head of Data at Staffbase, and in 2023, they transitioned into the role of Data Lead.

Toni Oehme completed a Bachelor of Science in Economic Sciences at Technische Universität Chemnitz from 2006 to 2010. Then, from 2010 to 2014, they attended the University of Regensburg, earning a Master of Science in Business Administration & Statistics. In 2012 and 2013, Toni also participated in a Study Abroad program at Silliman University, focusing on a Master of Business Administration.
