Ryan Zaucha

Ryan Zaucha has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. Ryan began their career in 2012 working as a Senior Recruiter for FlexCare Medical Staffing. In 2013, they moved to BrightStar Healthcare as an Executive Recruiter and Valley Healthcare Staffing as a Recruitment Manager. In 2017, they became the Director of Recruitment for TotalMed, Inc. and currently holds the position of Director of Innovation at StaffBot, where they work on AI-powered products designed to fill critical needs faster and easier.

Ryan Zaucha obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Individual Concentration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1999 and 2004. In June 2020, they obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org.
