Rutik Rathod

Rutik Rathod is an experienced Team Lead currently with StaffChase, where responsibilities include monitoring service quality and reporting directly to senior management. Previously, Rutik served as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter, focusing on sourcing and pre-screening candidates to align with job descriptions. Prior to joining StaffChase in March 2021, Rutik worked as a Recruiter at IMS People Possible from September 2019 to February 2021, specializing in recruiting U.S. candidates with specific skill sets for client needs. Rutik holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Gujarat University and a High School Diploma in Science from Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School.
