Mindy Russell

Mindy Russell possesses extensive experience in program coordination and management within nonprofit and senior living environments. Currently serving as a BAPP Program Assistant at Staffing Service USA since August 2014, Mindy has previously held roles including Executive Director at Yorktown Senior Center, where responsibilities encompassed operational oversight, community outreach, and budgeting. Mindy also served as Director of Activities & Volunteer Coordination at Sunrise Senior Living, focusing on resident engagement and volunteer recruitment, and as Dementia Care Activities Coordinator at Morningside House of Ellicott City, developing programs for residents with dementia. As the owner of Typing Works & More, Mindy trained individuals in life skills for workforce readiness. Mindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and Media Studies from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, an Associate in Arts from HACC, and a Diploma in General Business from St. Michael's Business School.
