Meredith Kolb

Meredith Kolb has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Meredith started their career as an Educator in Wareham Public Schools from August 2013 to June 2014, and later worked as an Elementary Educator in Plymouth Public Schools from August 2016 to October 2021.

In 2010, Meredith took on multiple roles at Ark Gardens, where they served as the Co-Owner, Director of Marketing & Sales, and Office Manager. Their responsibilities included new product launches, rebranding, brochure design and distribution, lead generation, website design assistance, social media management, and maintaining relationships with local businesses. During their tenure, the company experienced significant revenue growth of over 100%.

Meredith transitioned to the field of talent acquisition and recruiting in 2021, working as an Intern at Boston Clinical Recruiting, Inc. from October 2021 to September 2022. Meredith then joined Staffing Theory in February 2022 as a Recruiting Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in sourcing and hiring for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and Clinical Research Organizations. Their expertise included hiring Clinical Project Managers, Clinical Trial Managers, and Clinical Research Associates.

In 2023, Meredith continued their recruiting career at two different companies. Meredith worked as a Recruiter at Boston Clinical Recruiting, Inc. starting in April 2023, and later joined Forrest Search LLC as a Recruiter in May 2023. No end dates are provided for these positions.

Throughout their work experience, Meredith has developed strong skills in education, marketing, sales, talent acquisition, and recruiting.

Meredith Kolb earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Master's of Education (Pre-Kindergarten - 2) from Wheelock College, completing their studies in 2013.

In terms of certifications, Meredith obtained an MA Academic Teaching License: Initial (Pre-K-2) from the Massachusetts ESE in July 2013. Additionally, in 2018, they achieved an Academic Teaching License (MA) - Professional Status from the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
