Tina McKenzie Mbe

Tina McKenzie MBE currently serves as a Small Business Council Member at the Department for Business and Trade and is a Board Member at The Ireland Funds. Since January 2018, Tina has held various leadership roles at the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), including Chair of the Remuneration Committee, Deputy Chair for UK Policy & Advocacy, and Chair for Northern Ireland, contributing to the organization's mission of supporting smaller businesses. Additionally, Tina is a Visiting Professor at Ulster University and the CEO of Staffline Ireland, a prominent recruitment and public services company. As Honorary Consul of Finland in Northern Ireland, Tina promotes economic and social ties between Finland and Britain. Tina also served as President of the Consular Association of Northern Ireland and has held various advisory roles in organizations focused on human rights and women's entrepreneurship. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Ulster University and further studies at prestigious institutions such as IESE Business School and Tilburg University.
