Sarah Ely

Sarah Ely has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Sarah is currently working as the Head of HR at Stafford Capital Partners. Prior to this, they worked at Insight Investment where they held various roles, including HR Business Partner, HR & Talent Business Partner, Junior HR Business Partner, and HR Consultant / Generalist. Sarah'sresponsibilities during these roles included developing and maintaining relationships, designing and delivering management development programs, assessing talent and critical roles, managing complex employee relations issues, providing HR support and advice, conducting leave meetings, managing visa applications, producing management information reports, and redesigning management information. Before joining Insight Investment, Sarah had internships at Lloyds Banking Group and The DP Group, where they gained experience in recruitment and candidate management.

Sarah Ely's education history begins with their attendance at Gaynes School from 2002 to 2007, where they earned 9 GCSEs. Following their time at Gaynes School, they attended The Campion School from 2007 to 2009 and pursued A Levels in English Literature, History, and Classics.

In 2009, Sarah enrolled at Swansea University, where they studied History and Classics for three years, earning a degree in the subject. After a break, Sarah pursued further education at London Metropolitan University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
