Lucy Moreno

Lucy Moreno is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in bilingual education. Serving as the CEO of Luce Media Relations, Lucy has also held the position of First Grade Dual Language teacher at Stafford Municipal School District since August 2021, where a commitment to fostering equitable learning opportunities for diverse student populations is paramount. Prior experience includes a role as a Bilingual Teacher at Houston ISD from August 2019 to July 2022, specializing in dual language instruction for pre-kindergarten students. Lucy holds a degree from the University of Houston-Downtown, completed between 2009 and 2011.
