Jeffrey M. Sullivan

Jeffrey Sullivan has an extensive background in the legal field, currently serving as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at STAG Industrial, Inc. Prior to their current role, Jeffrey held partnership positions at Hunton & Williams LLP, DLA Piper, and Alston & Bird. Jeffrey also has a history of military service, having served in both the US Navy and US Navy Reserves. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Doctor of Law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
