Tom Salah

Tom Salah is a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital Catalyst since March 2022, focusing on supporting early-stage B2B software companies with venture capital and go-to-market strategies. Previously, Tom held various senior leadership roles at SmartBear from September 2014 to June 2024, including Senior Vice President of Global Sales, where responsibilities included leading sales teams and driving revenue growth. Additional experience includes managing sales teams at SmartBear and serving as an Account Manager at PTC. Tom completed the Vista High Potential Leadership Program in 2023, aimed at preparing future CxOs, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University.
