Before joining Stahl, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Fullerton Building Systems in 2020, where they focused on delivering high-quality exterior building shell packages efficiently. In the same year, they also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Fullerton Finish Systems, specializing in providing innovative exterior wall finish systems. Prior to these roles, Cathy worked as the Director of Business Development at PCL Construction from 2019 to 2020, providing various construction services. Additionally, they served as the President at Surfacequest Solutions, the largest supplier and installer of Architectural Film in North America, from 2013 to 2019, during which they achieved significant revenue growth and developed scalable installation processes.
