Dave Schultz

Dave Schultz, LEED AP, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at Stahl since September 2024 and previously holding the same title at Flannery Construction from November 2022 to April 2024, Schultz has a proven track record of managing significant projects, including the Wayzata New Elementary School #9 and Carver New City Hall. Prior to these roles, Schultz served as Senior Project Manager at Stahl from July 2020 to November 2022 and Project Manager II at Kraus-Anderson Construction from December 2017 to June 2020. Other notable experiences include project management at Ryan Companies US, Inc., where pivotal projects included the Grand Forks Surgery Center and the Downtown East Project in Minneapolis.
