As a seasoned HR professional, Ascher brings a depth of knowledge in domestic and international human recourses policies and practices with 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, Ascher has tapped into her passion for aligning people and processes to ignite cultural transformation across an organization to recruit and retain top talent. She holds a Bachelor of Science in management from Miami University and a Master of Science in personnel and employee relations from Georgia State University.
