Richard Caplan

Richard Caplan is a seasoned professional in business development and real estate, currently serving as Business Development Manager for both Stak and Pupil since September 2023. Previously, Richard held the position of Real Estate Acquisitions Manager at Careem from March 2022 to September 2023, and Development Manager at MetaForm Developments from November 2020 to February 2022. Richard also served as a Development Manager at Bmor from April 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included managerial and analytical tasks. Earlier experiences include a summer internship at Colliers International and work experience at The Crown Estate and TSP UK in 2014 and 2013, respectively. Richard began the professional journey with an internship at The AFP Group in 2011. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading, completed in 2015.
