Megan Kissel has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Megan started their career at Stamford Hospital in 2003 as a Human Resources Clerical Partner, where they provided front office reception, sorted mail, and processed employment verification requests. Megan then became a Human Resources Support Partner, where they partnered with internal and external clients, screened applicants, maintained employee information sources, and implemented benefits for new hires. From 2005 to 2010, they served as a Human Resources Partner, providing direction, support, and information to ensure high-quality customer service. In 2010, they took on the role of Human Resources Lead Onboarding Partner, where they developed and modified the onboarding process, created an online onboarding system, and ensured successful onboarding of new hires.
