Michael Veillette

Michael Veillette is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Stamford Health. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has been with Stamford Health for 2 years.

Prior to joining Stamford Health, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Finance at ECHN (a subsidiary of Prospect Medical Holdings). Michael was responsible for financial reporting and leadership for all of ECHN's affiliates, including two community hospitals, a skilled nursing facility, a home health agency, multiple physician practices, and a management services organization. Michael also helped plan and guide the financial direction of the company and supported the formation of an ACO.

Before their time at ECHN, Michael was the Northeast Hospital Segment - CFO at PMH - ECHN, Inc., where they were responsible for financial reporting and leadership for Eastern Connecticut Health System (CT), Greater Waterbury Health Network (CT), and CharterCare Health Network (RI).

Michael has a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and is a valuable asset to Stamford Health. Michael is committed to helping Stamford Health provide the best possible care for their patients and continue to grow as an organization.

Michael Veillette has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Management at Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Michael Veillette reports to Kathleen Silard, President & CEO. They work with Rohit Bhalla - Senior Vice President, Clinical Affairs and Quality & Chief Clinical and Quality Officer, Ellen Komar - Senior Vice President, Patient Care Services & Chief Nursing Officer, and Jonathan Bailey - Senior Vice President, Operations & Chief Operating Officer.
