Monica Sullivan

Monica Fanali, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Quality Associate at Stamford Health since September 2022, following a role as a Quality Associate. Previously, Monica gained experience as a Student Consultant at St. Vincent Medical Center, where responsibilities included collaborating with nursing staff to improve pressure ulcer workflows, conducting data collection through patient shadowing and staff interviews, and analyzing data to recommend strategies for reducing Hospital Acquired Pressure Injuries under the guidance of healthcare leadership. Monica holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Sacred Heart University.
