Seema Pillai Mba

Seema Pillai MBA, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, NPD-BC has extensive experience in nursing education and management, currently serving as the Director of the Nurse Residency Program and Nurse Educator at Stamford Health since December 2014. Prior to this role, Seema was a Nurse Manager at Bridgeport Hospital from September 2011 to October 2014 and worked as an RN at Stamford Hospital from July 2004 to September 2011. Seema also has academic experience as an Assistant Lecturer at SNDT Women's University in Mumbai, where responsibilities included teaching Medical Surgical Nursing and supervising clinical practice for BSN students. Seema's nursing career began at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, where work included both Adult Medical Surgical and ICU nursing. Seema holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing further education at Fairfield University. Educational credentials also include an MSN in Nursing from SNDT University in Mumbai.
