Cscs Joseph Carillo

Joseph Carillo, CSCS, currently serves as a Physical Education and Health Teacher at Stamford Public Schools and as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Westhill High School, contributing to both roles since August 2022. Previously, Joseph was a Physical Education and Health Teacher at Kolbe Cathedral High School for one year. Joseph's background includes significant experience in retirement plan consulting and administration, with roles at FuturePlan by Ascensus, DWC - The 401(k) Experts, and T R Paul Inc. Joseph's fitness expertise began as an Exercise Specialist at Plus One Health Management Inc and as a Personal Trainer at Peak 360. Joseph holds a Master of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Manhattanville University and a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Ithaca College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
