Erika Zardin

Erika Zardin is a seasoned researcher and business development professional with extensive experience in analytical chemistry and environmental science. Currently serving as a Researcher in Work Environment Chemistry at STAMI since May 2020, Erika contributes to the understanding of chemical and biological exposures in workplace settings. Prior roles include acting as an Independent Business Development Agent at Fraunhofer Verbund Life Sciences, and a Senior Researcher at the University of Oslo focused on atmospheric chemistry. With a strong foundation in sensory analytics from previous positions at the Fraunhofer Institute and a solid academic background, including a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from The University of Western Australia, Erika has developed a diverse skill set applicable to both scientific research and commercial project acquisition across multiple disciplines.
