Jeff McFayden

Jeff McFayden has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Jeff worked as a General Manager, Western Canada Operations at Skywords Media from 2006 to 2009, where they managed all aspects of operations and led the sales force. Jeff then served as an Account Manager at CTV from 2009 to 2010, where they maintained client relationships and developed new business. Jeff also worked as a Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor at Dawg FM, managing sales, promotions, and traffic. From 2011 to 2016, they co-organized events at Calabogies Blues & Ribfest Inc and Mountain Man Music Festival. In 2015, they were the General Manager of Sales & Programming at Rebel 101.7. Jeff joined Shopify in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager and later transitioned to Plus Shopify Payments Sales. Jeff then moved to Shopify Plus in 2020 as a Merchant Success Manager. Jeff served as a Customer Success Manager at Postscript from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working at Stamped, holding roles as a Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and currently as the Customer Success Team Lead.

From 2000 to 2003, Jeff McFayden attended Fanshawe College, where they pursued a degree in Television - Broadcasting.
