Oivind Naess

Oivind Naess has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Oivind began their career at the Quaker Oats Company in 1990, where they held various roles such as Territory Representative, Territory Manager, and Account Executive. Oivind later became the Trade Marketing Manager and National Sales Training Manager before serving as the Retail Sales Manager and Account Director for the Western Canada region.

In 1998, Naess joined Maple Leaf Foods Inc as the Director of Category Management, later transitioning to the role of Director of Marketing. Oivind then became the Director of Sales for CARA and eventually took on the position of Vice President - US Foodservice Sales at Maple Leaf Foods.

In 2003, Naess joined Canada Bread Company, Limited as the Director of Sales National Accounts before joining Maple Leaf Foods again in 2006 as the Vice President - US Foodservice Sales.

In 2014, Naess moved to Exerkine Corporation as the EVP of Strategy & Business Development. Oivind was later promoted to the position of President before leaving the company in 2017.

Currently, Naess is serving as the Sr Vice President of Sales at Stampede Meat, Inc.

Oivind Naess completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at Dalhousie University from 1986 to 1991.
