Clark Klyza

Clark Klyza has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Clark is currently working as a Senior Staff Engineer at Stanadyne LLC since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Achates Power from 2004 to 2020, starting as a Senior Fuel System Engineer and later becoming a Senior Technical Specialist, Fluid Systems. At Achates Power, they were responsible for designing fuel systems and analyzing system configurations using modeling software. Clark also designed and performed analysis tasks related to cooling, lubrication, and fuel systems.

Before joining Achates Power, Clark worked at Clean Air Power as a Project Engineer from 2002 to 2004. There, they managed the Micro-Pilot ignition, Dual Fuel engine development project and designed and tested fuel systems for dual fuel engines. Clark also coordinated the conversion of standard diesel engines to Micro-Pilot ignition, Dual-Fuel engines.

From 2001 to 2002, Clark worked at General Electric Distributed Power as a Warranty Superintendent. In this role, they defined and implemented the warranty process for reciprocating power generation equipment. Clark interacted with customers and vendors to address their concerns and used statistical methods to track warranty claims and identify key issues.

Prior to that, Clark worked at Detroit Diesel Corporation as a Product Engineer from 1999 to 2001. Clark was involved in diesel fuel system development and conducted testing to evaluate the performance characteristics of fuel systems.
