Ashley Lugo is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution. Currently serving as the Senior GTM Marketing & Creative Operations Manager at Stance since May 2022, Ashley oversees critical cross-departmental calendars and planning tools. Prior to this role, Ashley spent over eight years at RVCA in various capacities, culminating as Marketing Operations Manager, where management of seasonal campaign processes and timely delivery of marketing assets was key. Earlier experience includes roles at Molly Brown's Swimwear, supporting e-commerce operations, and as a Healthcare IT Applications Recruiter at TEKsystems. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University.
