Jasson Minadakis

Jasson oversees Stand & Deliver’s global faculty, supporting them through continued growth and development planning and programming. He is responsible for recruiting the most innovative consultants, coaches, and artists to the company's expanding team. Jasson brings three decades of experience as a professional theatre director to S&D’s Faculty, sharpening their presence and focusing their messaging.

Prior to joining Stand & Deliver, Jasson was the Artistic Director at Marin Theatre Company from 2006 – 2023 where he produced 88 productions, of which 20 were world premieres. He was previously the Artistic Director at Actor’s Express in Atlanta, GA from 2003-2006 and the Founding Artistic Director of Cincinnati Shakespeare Festival where he served from 1994 – 2003. He has directed 75 productions in his career.

Jasson studied at the Royal National Theatre and holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and Theatre from James Madison University. He is an avid runner, skier, and world football enthusiast. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife, their two boys, and their Vizsla.
