Katherine Armstrong

Katherine brings a human-centered, multidisciplinary approach to Stand & Deliver’s clients. Rooted in her own past corporate experience, she supports leaders in inspiring and motivating purpose-driven, inclusive organizations.

Formerly an executive education coach at IMD in Switzerland, Katherine has also held in-house executive roles including VP of Culture and Change Management at Solvay (Brussels, Belgium) and Director of Business Transformation & HR at Volac (Cambridge, UK). Early in her career, she served as speechwriter for legendary Johnson & Johnson CEO Ralph Larsen.

Katherine holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in French from Duke University, as well as certifications in Insight Principles (3P’s), Reina Trust Assessments and Predictive Index. Katherine speaks English and French and has lived in five countries.
