Paul Nicholas

Paul brings extensive experience to his coaching with Stand & Deliver. He has coached over 4,500 business professionals at organizations including Cisco, Siemens, Swiss Re, and the World Bank to better inspire customers, motivate colleagues, excite audiences, and develop more cohesive and more efficient teams.

Paul’s expertise is derived from both the business and performance worlds. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Marketing, and an M.F.A. in Acting.

In addition to his work with S&D, Paul is an accomplished actor and director, and has earned two Barrymore awards for outstanding stage performances in Philadelphia.
