Fenil Khiroya

Fenil Khiroya is an experienced human resources executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR for Legal, CoSec & Special Investigation Services and Corp Affairs, Brand & Marketing at Standard Chartered Bank since October 2018, Fenil also holds the position of UK Head of Human Resources and Chair of the Europe D&I Council. Prior to this, Fenil spent over eleven years at UBS in various HR advisory roles, including Head of HR Advisory for UK/Poland and EMEA country clusters. Additional experience includes HR leadership positions at Perot Systems Corp, MeesPierson, Commerzbank AG, Robert Fleming, and Butterworths Lexis Nexis. Fenil is a graduate of the University of Westminster.
