Olivier Soubiele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer and employee experience design, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience Design at Standard Chartered Bank since January 2017, where Olivier has played a pivotal role in organizational transformation through defined design standards and strategic alignment. Previously, Olivier launched The French Curry, a virtual restaurant in Singapore, and worked as an Innovation Consultant with various clients. Early career roles include positions at SingTel leading interactive innovation and growth initiatives, product management at Nokia focusing on emerging markets, and project management within SNCF and Capgemini. Olivier holds a Master’s Degree in European Business from ESCP Business School and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from ESIEA.
