Keith Dragoon

Keith Dragoon is the Managing Director of Investments at Standard Communities, a real estate investment and management firm specializing in affordable multifamily housing. Prior to this role, Keith worked as Vice President at Hunt Capital Partners, LLC, focusing on low income housing tax credits syndication. Keith also served as Vice President at Bank of America, where Keith structured and closed credit facilities for affordable housing developments. With a background in acquisitions at MMA Financial, Inc., Keith managed underwriting and due diligence processes for affordable housing investments. Keith holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and Columbia Business School, as well as a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
