Raymond Ortiz

Raymond Ortiz has worked in the hospitality industry since 2002. Raymond began their career as an Accounting Intern at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in 2002. Raymond then moved on to become an Accountant at Crowne Plaza Philadelphia in 2004 and W Hotels in 2005. In 2009, they took on the role of Staff Accountant at Westin Hotels & Resorts. In 2010, they were Accounting Manager at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts. In 2012, they were Assistant Director of Finance at Marriott International. In 2014, they were Finance - DOF Taskforce NY/NJ/FLL at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In 2015, they were Corporate Controller at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace. Since 2019, they have been Senior Vice President of Finance, Hotel Operations and Vice President of Finance, Hotel Operations at Standard International, LLC.

Raymond Ortiz obtained a High School Diploma from Newtown High School between 1996 and 2000, an Associate's degree in Accounting from Borough of Manhattan Community College between 2001 and 2002, and a BBA in Business Management - Entrepreneurship from Baruch College in 2013.
