Thomas Birmingham

Thomas Birmingham has held various roles throughout their work experience. Thomas started their career as a Machinist at H&K Inc. in 1991 and later worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Pentair from 1997 to 2008. At Pentair, they also served as a Lean Coordinator and Supervisor in different capacities. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Silgan Containers and then joined The Brewer Company as a Quality/Manufacturing Engineer.

From 2010 to 2015, Thomas Birmingham worked at The Oilgear Company in different managerial roles, including Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, and Vice President of Manufacturing, Americas. Thomas then briefly served as the Vice President of Operations at Galland Henning Nopak in 2015 before joining Rexnord as the Director of Operations from 2016 to 2020.

Most recently, Thomas Birmingham held the position of Director of Operations at Wausau Equipment Company Inc. from 2020 to 2023. Thomas currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Standard Miether, starting in 2023.

Thomas Birmingham attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they studied Mechanical Engineering Technologies. Thomas then pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations. Prior to their MBA, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business / Engineering Management.
