Najee Bagley

Najee Bagley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and logistics. Currently serving as a Senior Operational Excellence Analyst at Standard Logistics since May 2023, Najee previously held roles at PepsiCo from January 2017 to May 2023, including Regional Transportation Planner/Analyst and Inventory Coordinator/Supervisor, overseeing transportation for multiple states and managing a large inventory team at a manufacturing facility. Prior experience includes serving as a Captain and Operations Officer in the Army National Guard from December 2011 to December 2019, where Najee trained and directed over 300 soldiers, as well as working as a Store Team Lead at Walgreens Boots Alliance from June 2013 to December 2016. Najee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University.
