Becky Kligora

Becky Kligora is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits and wellness management. Currently serving as the Benefits & Wellness Manager at Standard Process Inc. since August 2021, Kligora has previously held the role of Benefits Specialist at Walworth County, WI from March 2016 to August 2021. Additionally, Kligora contributed to the Elkhorn Area School District for nearly 16 years in various roles, including Human Resources Supervisor and Accounting, Payroll & Benefits Specialist. Kligora began a career in administration at Big Foot High School as a Secretary & Receptionist from October 1996 to July 2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and two Associate's degrees in Accounting and Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary from Gateway Technical College.
