Dean Ploch

Dean Ploch's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Cost Accountant for Unilever Bestfoods. Dean then moved on to become a Cost Analyst before leaving the company in 1998. From 1998 to 2004, Dean worked at ConAgra Foods, starting as a Plant Accountant and eventually becoming a Plant Superintendent. In 2005, they joined Standard Process Inc. as a Continuous Improvement Manager and held that position until 2013 when they became the Plant Manager. In 2017, Dean was promoted to Director of Manufacturing before finally taking on their current role as the VP of Business Innovation in December 2019.

Dean Ploch earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the Lubar College of Business between 1990 and 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management from UW - Whitewater from 2010 to 2013.
