Maxwell Olen

Maxwell Olen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Standard Process Inc., with a career that began there in various roles including Talent Specialist and Human Resources Intern, in addition to a seasonal position as a Packaging Operator. Prior to this, Maxwell gained hands-on experience at Corteva Agriscience as a Summer Staff member, contributing to research efforts with alfalfa plants and seeds. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, expected to be completed in 2026.
