Kayla F.

Kayla F. is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing photovoltaic systems and electrical construction projects. Currently employed at Standard Solar since October 2022, Kayla previously worked at Novel Energy Solutions and Signal Energy Constructors, where coordination and execution of various projects were key responsibilities. Prior roles include managing commercial and utility scale photovoltaic projects at Arch Electric, serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Faith Technologies, and leading over 200 projects for Solar Liberty in the western New York market. Kayla began their professional journey with an internship at the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Policy/History from the State University of New York at Buffalo, combined with leadership experience as President and Treasurer of the Women's Club Lacrosse Team.
