Ralf Joachim

Ralf Joachim is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the tool and die industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Sales/Project Manager at Standard Tool and Die since February 2006, Ralf is responsible for maintaining profitability and project timelines for die cast and plastic injection mold tooling, with a focus on high-pressure die cast dies. Previously, Ralf worked as a Sales Engineer at PME-Precision Mold & Engineering from January 2001 to February 2006, successfully expanding the customer base. Ralf's career began in January 1983 at Standard Tool & Die as employee #1, progressing from a journeyman die maker to leading complex multi-tool builds. Early career experience includes working as a Tool & Die Maker at D&F Mold from June 1978 to January 1983, starting as an apprentice while still in high school. Ralf holds education credentials from Lake Michigan College and Immanuel Lutheran Bridgman.
