Jillian Thayer

Jillian Thayer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jillian is currently working as the Director of the Change Management Office at The Standard, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Director and Change Management Office Delivery Lead at the same company.

In addition to their role at The Standard, Jillian also works as an Instructor at Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE) since 2022.

Jillian also has experience as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Mainz Brady Group, Training and Development Manager at the State of Oregon, Change Management Consultant at PRO Unlimited, Strategy Intern at Found Staffing Agency, and Operations Manager at Avalon. Jillian also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Humboldt State University.

Jillian Thayer completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business from Humboldt State University, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained in 2022 and PROSCI from Prosci in 2016.
