Monica Gaffney

Monica Gaffney is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in disability management and nursing. Since June 2005, Monica has served as the Disability Management Resources Manager at The Standard, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of Nurse and Vocational Case Managers while ensuring the effective management of disability claims. Prior to this role, Monica held multiple positions at Community Hospital at Dobbs Ferry, including Utilization Review Case Manager, Nursing Supervisor, Assistant Head Nurse in the ICU, and Registered Nurse in the ICU, contributing to patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
