Penny Ryals

Penny Ryals currently serves as Customer Service Manager at StandardAero since February 2022. Previously, at PAS Technologies from October 2016 to February 2022, Penny managed inventory and work orders while acting as the primary contact between Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Program Management. From May 2012 to February 2016, Penny was the Production Manager at ITT Industries Cannon, overseeing production, planning, and operations for sub-assembly processes involving electrical connectors for military and aerospace applications. Penny also held the role of Master Production Scheduler at ITT Industries, responsible for planning execution, customer communications, and financial revenue projections. Penny holds an Associate of Arts degree from Rio Salado College and a Six Sigma Green Belt in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
