Will Whitledge -

Will Whitledge holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BBA from Mid-Continent University. With extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement, Will serves as the Director of Operations at StandardAero since August 2021, after previously working as Plant Manager for EB Airfoils. Prior to this, Will was a Continuous Improvement Manager at PG Technologies, LLC from September 2018 to August 2021. Will’s career at GE Aviation spanned nearly three decades, during which various leadership roles were undertaken, including Senior Site Lean Leader for Engine Assembly and Lean Leader. Will's expertise encompasses multiple areas, providing a strong foundation in operational excellence and process improvement.
