Janis Meyers

Janis Meyers is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a broad background in recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Standex International since November 2021, Janis previously held roles at Faurecia as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner and at Randstad Sourceright as a Sourcing Recruiter for Honeywell and Talent Advisor for Ford Motor Company. Janis has extensive experience managing candidate pipelines, consulting with hiring managers, and developing sourcing strategies for a range of positions in engineering, finance, and product development. Early career experiences include positions at ADP, Trion Solutions, and the State of Michigan, culminating in strong expertise in building relationships with candidates and improving candidate quality.
