Vineet Kshirsagar has a extensive work experience, having held various roles in different companies. Vineet started their career at Mahindra & Mahindra as a Deputy Manager, where they achieved 100% complaint resolution and improved customer satisfaction. Vineet then worked as a Marketing Manager at Wipro before joining Coca Cola as a Sales Manager. At Coca Cola, they led a team and successfully turned around a bottling operation, increasing market share and category share.
Afterwards, Vineet joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and later worked as a Summer Consultant in a previous year. Following that, they worked at Cummins Inc as a MAP Consultant.
Subsequently, Vineet joined Standex International as a Director of Strategy and Business Development, where they played a key role in executing transactions, developing integration plans, and driving organic growth. Vineet then became the Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Development, where they designed and implemented growth strategies for the Electronics division.
Later, Vineet joined Standex Electronics as the General Manager of Asia, Auditor, overseeing operations in Japan, China, and India. Vineet also served as the General Manager of North America. In their most recent role at Standex Electronics, they were the Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing.
Currently, Vineet serves as the VP of Corporate Growth Discipline and Strategy at Standex International. Vineet will be assuming the role of Corporate VP of Growth & Business Development in 2023.
Vineet Kshirsagar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur, from 1996 to 2002. Vineet then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma (Master's) in Marketing Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2002 to 2004. Later, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Business Administration, Strategy, and Finance, from 2010 to 2012.
