Steph Callison

Steph Callison serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Standpoint since April 2024. Since July 2015, Steph has been with UnitedHealth Group, holding multiple roles including Executive Assistant to Senior Vice Presidents, Sales Support Coordinator for Medicare & Retirement in MN, IA, and West IL, and various positions such as Broker Support and Culture Ambassador. Prior experience includes working at American Retrieval Company from December 2013 to July 2015 as a Legal Document Retrieval, Paralegal, and Attorney Assistant, and at Medica from November 2010 to September 2013 in Agent and Member Services for State & Public Programs. Steph holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2018 and 2021, and is a graduate of Minnetonka High School, class of 2006.
